I wasn’t calling to complain or cause a problem — she contacted me — yet I was made to feel like an inconvenience. After two decades of supporting this brand, I’m shocked and disappointed by how I was treated. Lane Bryant used to stand for inclusivity and great service, but experiences like this make it clear that not all locations uphold those values. Unless something drastically changes, I won’t be returning

Her name was Becca or Becky or something like that. She did not greet me or my daughter seemed frustrated when I asked about sizing and just had a nasty attitude over all. My daughter is having issues finding her size and we were hoping to find something for her there. I would rather shop online and guess on sizing than deal with bad customer service. This really needs to be addressed.
