To make my mom’s birthday extra special I placed an order online for delivery to her work in Belton. The staff pivoted and made special arrangements to make sure my order was delivered properly. They were flexible and helped me by giving me a courteous phone call! They are awesome! I really recommend choosing them to make a loved ones special day EXTRA special!

He told me he asked them to deliver the surprise after 2:00 p.m., but they ignored him and delivered it much earlier. Then he called to tell me he had a surprise, but I would have to go pick it up because they tried to deliver it before the agreed time and said they wouldn't come again, even though he paid for the delivery. And you know what? I checked the cameras and I didn't see anyone knocking on my door. They didn't ruin my day, but they definitely ruined what could have been a very special surprise!👎🏻 disappointment.

Then about 30 mins later I get a call saying that they dont deliver in cove this late (it's only 1pm), if you offer a service it is expected to be completed as promised by the agreed upon date of delivery. If you really can't deliver certain places after a certain time CLARIFY IT, do not allow someone to pay ridiculous prices if you can not withhold your part of the deal and especially dont call it a "guaranteed delivery fee" if you can not guarantee the delivery of my items. Additionally, because of their terrible communication skills I'm out $90 for 3-5 days until I get refunded, completely ridiculous 0/10 experience
