- LDLisa Duncan5 days ago5.0I stopped to pick up 2 arrangements for some special people and everyone was so pleasant and happy. Bobbie came out to say hi and make sure our order was everything we expected. They did a great job! I'm very happy with not only the quality of the work, but the customer service with a smile. I would definitely recommend everyone to order through them.

Today (3/1/26 @ 10:45 AM) I went to the edible arrangement in Harker Heights to redeem a free gift coupon I had received for a dipped fruit cone, this was my first time ever going to edible arrangements and based on this experience I will never return or recommend anyone to this business. The associate working was very rude and despite having the coupon in my email on my phone and showing it to her, she wanted to insist that I am m not in the system; she finally manually entered the coupon code then she got me the order but never once asked which fruit I would like, instead she simply gave me strawberries which nowhere on the coupon did it state it has to be strawberries , what if I was allergic to strawberries??? This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have EVER had and couldn't be more disappointed. On top of everything I brought a friend with me who had the same coupon and she treated him even worse as if we were disturbing her.

My husband ordered flowers for me for valentine’s day and they were delivered to me on time… but…. 90 dollars for these flowers with no vase and not even ARRANGED. It’s like they didn’t even try to arrange them.. and if they DID, they should have noticed the WILTED FLOWERS… the flowers were dead before they came to me. SERIOUSLY? Very disappointed. Do better.
