    I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this location truly deserves one. Joshua and Bob deserve special recognition not only are they helpful and caring, but they are also extremely understanding. They never judge or rush you, and they are always willing to help with any questions or concerns. These guys are amazing.

    I Dont "REVIEW' very often... but Joshua & Bobby are 5-star +PLUS. DON't just tell them "Hey, someone gave you a good review" ....give them a raise or HUGE Christmas bonus or something!... I got myself in trouble for 'bad behavior' and was REQUIRED to get this 'device' to continue driving. The device was installed (at another service center). After the install, I later "FOUND" a spare part under the driver seat... I kept the part, and am eternally greatful, Joshua, carefully restored my "vehicle part" somewhere in/under the dash where it came from-when the device was finally removed last week! Most of the experience with Smart Start was "indiffence" to me as a customer... difficult off-shore phone system, long waiting lines, sites/service stations on the MAP (that did not exist anymore?), etc. However, once I found THIS SmartStart location, it became my TOP go-to! ...ALWAYS friendly & helpful, (typically) short lines, ...engaging with a genuinely kind interest in helping me in my situation! THESE guys ROCK! ...I hope to NEVER return since they restored my vehicle to "normal", but it was a pleasure EVERY TIME I had to go there for scheduled appointments! Thanks Joshua & Bobby for the OUTSTANDING customer engagement!
