It wasn't even closing time and the lady at the front door had one door locked and was standing in front of the other side of the door and rudely told us, we close in 9 minutes. Which is fine, but why be so hateful when greeting guests. I was nervous about walking inside, because it felt like I couldn't, but my husband was in there and needed to get to him. Training staff on customer service would be a plus.
