  I was very impressed by Ashley’s patience as I was trying to explain my situation. She was able to find answers for me and still give me other options to assure that I was fully aware of all my choices. At the end of the day, she helped me with a smile on her face and I left a happy customer. Class A customer service!

  Be extremely cautious when doing business with this particular Sunglass Hut franchise. I tried to exchange a new pair of sunglasses received for Christmas and the clerk said that they were used sunglasses. So they either are being dishonest in their return/exchange policy or they sell used sunglasses as new. Either way buyer beware.

  Came here to buy a new pair of sunglasses for Father’s Day and a young man, named Kevin was able to help me find the perfect pair for my husband and informed me of their specials and showed me how I can customize glasses. I was even able to get $60 off on glasses for myself while looking for one for my husband he gave me the best experience I have ever had compared to my last visit as well as other sunglass hut locations I’m hoping to see him again on my next visit when I buy new glasses for my sister’s birthday as well as have some custom ones made for her! Thank You so much I’ll be coming back again🙏🏻
