- GGGia GiannettiDec 6, 20251.0If I could give a zero star to the manager that works here I would. Erica the manager pushed these worn down glasses onto me. When I went to return them a few days later she claimed they were damaged and she could not take them back. I was at the Northeast mall when I returned one of the pair she sold to me and the wonderful employee at the north sunglass hut explained to me that Erica should have never sold me the other pair. They were worn down with the stamp of writing faded. They are the wayfair puffer glasses which come in a giant new sunglass case. Erica also attended on not even giving me the sunglass case after the sale I had to request for the case and box . I didn’t even receive a bag. I have had to go to return these glasses 3 x times now. Erica’s employee also claimed she could not take the glasses back because they were faded. She claimed I must come into catch the employee who sold me these. This is when I found out it was the manager who not only sold but pressured me into buying damaged glasses. When I finally caught Erica on the shift she clearly heard about me coming into return the glasses and claimed that I damaged them and forced me to pick another pair. I don’t know who is above Erica all I know sis is she only cares about her next paycheck.

She was incredibly patient and helped us for almost an hour and a half while we tried on different options. We were struggling to find styles that suited our faces, but she guided us so well and made the whole process easy. We finally found sunglasses we truly loved, and even got great Black Friday discounts - including on my prescription lenses. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we really appreciate Izza’s help.
