- EMeliza masonJan 3, 20261.0I purchased a Nora Fleming Bread Platter from this boutique on Dec 7th, 2025. This platter was a gift to my mother who lives in Nebraska. Upon opening the platter for Christmas, we realized it wobbled. It did not lay flat on the counter. I called ooh la la and explained the story to them. I spoke to the owner of the store, Sylvia. She explained I didn’t need a receipt to return it and she wanted to do whatever she could to make it right. I was so appreciative of this response as it was a defected item from Nora Fleming. I made the trip to Grapevine to return it. Once getting there, she stated because I did not have the brown box the tray came in, she couldn’t return it. I was never informed on the phone call that a box was needed in order to return it. I was very taken back as on the phone, the owner said she wanted to do whatever she could to make it right. This product was defected. It wobbled when set on the counter. This was going to be my mom’s first Nora Fleming piece to start her collection.
- CWConnie WNov 6, 20255.0Tuesday , I was visiting from Virginia and walked into this delightful shop. I collect Nora Fleming items. I found a treasure trove! Prices are very good. The sales associate was so fun and engaging, that I wished I didn’t live 1200 miles away! I would shop here often.

My aunt was visiting from Connecticut and was blown away by the unique clothing and charm this store had to offer. The staff member with black glasses/blonde short hair (not sure her name) had a great sense of humor and made the shopping even more fun! Will definitely be returning when I visit grapevine again!
