  This store has good collection. Naila, gave us the good customer service. She did her best to show the watch collection. We loved it.

  We arrived Sunday around 6:40 knowing what we wanted to purchase waited to be helped and as soon as it turned 7 older white lady told us that they closed at 7 I responded saying we had been waiting for 20 min to be helped she then responded with we can’t size anything to which I responded that the watch I wanted was a leather band watch so there was no worry she then gave me a nasty look and told me the registers close themselves at 7 so they couldn’t even check me out which I knew was bs because the lady Infront of us had several watches she was looking at and was deciding which to purchase the whole altercation she was giving me attitude and nasty stares worst costumer service ever

  Very disappointed with the customer service at this store today. I went to the store last week, after an hour drive from my house, to get the battery replaced in one of my Movado watches, and their associate Ziyaan opened the watch and then he could not close it. He in fact broke the cascade. Then their Associate Manager Courtney calls with very blunt and non-empathetic tone asking me to take the watch to Allen store, which is another hour away from their store. I went their today and spoke with their manager Pamela, who assured me that she checked with manager at Allen store and he would fix it for me. I drive an hour to Allen and was told he cannot fix it. I went back to Grapevine location and spoke with their another manager asking for solutions. They would send my watch to repair centre for repair but it could take 2-3 months for them to send the watch back. I wanted to wear this watch at a family wedding next month and now I do not have any other watch to wear. All the people I dealt with at this store lacked the acknowledgement of their wrong doings, they were not empathetic at all, rude and blunt. This is not the values that Movado relies on and the customer service was total disappointment.
