I came in believing that I knew what I wanted, and ended up purchasing something that was 2x more expensive and 2 more exciting than what I thought I wanted. I was treated with respect and felt appreciated for my business. Aaron and team mates made me feel welcome and the shopping process was so fun. Aaron helped match me with exactly what I was looking for, but better. I will be back very soon for next purchase!

Two guys behind the counter six customers, and the guy ahead of me had been waiting an hour and a half. Guy behind him had been waiting an hour. Save yourself the trouble and go to academy in Lewisville. And before some manager comments on how sorry they are, how about you Just staff a gun counter better???

Upon the customer trying to pay Mr.Kobe attempted to speak to the customer in Spanish explaining he was learning the language via Duo Lingo(not relevant at all) and was confusing the customer on whether or not he could pay. The customer was getting ready to leave his items and not pay, in which we asked if he needed assistance and helped translate during which Mr.Kobe proceeded to maintain a condescending and rude attitude.
- AKAustin KlattDec 20, 20251.0extremely uncomfortable experience buying a firearm bought a firearm online and went to pick it up, the first gentleman, Rodney, was extremely helpful and seemed genuinely friendly, he then had to help someone else and passed me off to Aaron. Aaron kept talking about shooting people, asking if I was a terrorist, kept insisting my ID was fake and asking where I bought it. It would be weird enough if he said any of these things once, but he said them all over and over again. I have bought a few firearms in my time and never had such a bizarre experience. Eventually Rodney came back, and cleared my sale. (Thanks Rodney!) also to cap it all off the gun doesn't feed, go figure lol

When I arrived, I was the only customer waiting while the person ahead of me finished. By the time it was my turn, two more customers had arrived, and the associate took all three of our names and order numbers at once and called the warehouse to retrieve them. A few minutes later, a second associate replaced the first one. At that point, another customer showed up for online pickup, and instead of handling that order separately, the new associate added this fourth order to our existing group. This meant the three of us who were already waiting had to wait even longer while the fourth order, added few minutes later, was located. The lack of order or prioritization made the process feel inefficient and unnecessarily long. Online pickup should be faster and better organized, especially for customers who arrive earlier.
