  I had a great experience at Bass Pro Shops thanks to Rick. From the moment I arrived, he was extremely friendly, patient, and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything clearly during the purchasing process. Rick was very knowledgeable and never rushed me. He made the entire experience comfortable and straightforward, which I really appreciated. Customer service like this makes a big difference. If you visit Bass Pro Shops and have the chance to work with Rick, I highly recommend it. He’s a great example of excellent customer service.

  Avid bass pro shopper. Pretty good location. As always the sales people for the card are way too aggressive chasing you down after you say no thank you. Looked at all the t-shirt options for this state and there were almost no larges for any design. Definitely needing a restock for size selections. I love bass pro.

  1st time here for night fishing / license 🎣. Great place to get all your adventure needs. Thank you for all the help we got there right before it closed and everyone was extremely helpful. Definitely visiting our new Midland Store at home.

  I often feel like the staff is speaking down to me at these stores. Today the guy in sunglasses had to take his earbuds out to hear my question then repeatedly argued about whether Rayban Meta offers a model with a display. Even after I confirmed in front of him on Google he continued to tell me they don't exist. Frustrating experience. God forbid you discuss something having to do with firearms. Last visit I had a guy laugh at me for saying a derringer is meant for protection. He scoffed at the idea and insisted people bought them for "fun". Even the version that comes in .357 An exercise in frustration.
