  They charged us the wrong price they have one person working they have a long line making us wait so long after us having to come back for getting charge more than the cost

  My first time ever shopping at Primark and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t end up finding anything in the women’s section for myself, but I really liked the kids’ selection. The clearance items were also pretty good. Prices are very reasonable, and some of the clothing materials actually felt really nice for the price point. The store itself was clean and well organized, which made browsing easy. The men’s selection left a little to be desired, but overall I’d still recommend stopping by and checking it out…I’m sure most people could find something they like. They also offer both cashier checkout and self-checkout options and there was security at the doors.

  Good stuff and affordable. The bad side is customer service if you can call it that because it’s non existent. People get payed to stand their and give bad service.

  I have been a Primark shopper for many years with my first discovery of the shop in Liverpool, UK. For the longest time the closest Primark to OK was in Chicago, IL. I was delighted to find this new location much closer to home! I have seen comments about this store being much smaller normally, but other than it not being set up in the usual multistory configuration I found it to be a large location. I found most of what I expect from the retailer. Sections include: men’s, kids, toys, home decor, beauty, lots of Disney items, and the various women’s sections (business attire, casual, work out, shoes, bags, pjs, etc.) Things were organized and staff were friendly. I did not feel unsafe. Self checkout was a breeze. I have no complaints and will be returning.

  I came in to exchange some pants and purchase a couple more things. Got in line Sebastian at the front threw my coat hangers he asked if I wanted a new bag because the one I had was ripped and threw my bag on the floor. I understand you might not be having a good day but to take it out on customers is not professional.
