I have been shopping Primark since 2006. I have been to Primark stores in Stratford, Woolwich, Westfield White city, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Lisbon, Jerez Spain, Amsterdam, and Kent. My excitement fizzled out as soon as I entered this store. You would think with over 2 million people in the DFW metroplex that Primark will at least have varieties and stock the store. I have been to this store 3 times trying to get an XL blue active men wear. I purchased the matron color in Amsterdam and wanted the blue. 3 different times of 72 miles round trip and yet! Not an XL of this blue long sleeve men’s active wear. Even the men’s brief section is an utter joke. Primark Oxford circus and Westfield White city are my go to in London because you find everything you need there. This is disappointing, I hope the upcoming one in Hurst is bigger and able to accommodate more lines. The Grapevine store I will rate 2/10. I am disappointed

Great first experience, well worth the drive from Mckinney. Cute girls selections and lots of clearance options despite going in the evening although I would recommend going earlier in the day.

You can grab tees, socks, cute homeware, or even coats for prices that basically make you giggle Sales and deals are a thing. People go wild for steep markdowns — like Christmas gift stuff for a few quid. Some items go viral online (capri pants, brunch-themed homeware stuff that looks way fancier than it is).People complain about crowded aisles, long checkout lines, and general chaos like clothes piles everywhere. It's kinda like a bargain treasure hunt—but stressful.

My first exposure to Primark and i am super disappointed. I really enjoyed looking around because they had so many cute things at a good price, but what's the point if you get up to the checkout and there's four people standing around but nobody will help you? Try the self checkout and it was a free-for-all, people were all cutting in front of each other, so I went in the other line to get help from an actual cashier and they were all just standing around staring but not helping. So I left my items and will likely not come back.

Having been to some of the largest Primark stores in the US and UK, this one definitely was disappointing. The women's section had mostly basic stuff. I was hoping to get some nice tops and sweaters, but there was only a small selection, and the prices were basically like what you find at Target. The home section was so sad; they had 1 tiny section with some really small stuff. The kids' section was okay; it had a decent amount, but again, I think this store is too small for what it is known to be. Would have loved to have a massive Primark in Dallas like some of the other cities.
