  Very rude employee, went in yesterday with my mom and while we were looking at watches the employee, who we later find out is an assistant manager, said “I don’t know why you are looking at the watches if you’re not going to buy anything” after this she proceeded to talk about us to other customers insinuating that we were thief’s. These comments made me and my family feel racially targeted and belittling.

  I was greeted with a generic welcome when I walked through the door and then I was ignored. They were not busy with customers they were busy talking to each other. I have been a long time customer but not anymore. I felt like I was intruding on their social hour.
