  The management at this location is so rude and degrading, especially the short female manager who's very disrespectful. Horrible service and horrible experience. I won't ever come back to this location and have referred others to not shop at this location!!!

  I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding the ongoing challenges I’ve experienced in trying to resolve an issue with my Meta Skylar sunglasses under warranty. I began this process at the end of June and have since made multiple visits to the store seeking assistance. On each visit, I was told the item was out of stock. During my fourth visit, I was informed that the sunglasses had been removed from the website entirely, but I was given the option to pay an additional $80 on top of the $100 warranty fee to receive the same color transition sunglasses. This is unacceptable. I was advised to first submit a warranty claim before paying anything additional. I filed the claim as instructed, only to be presented with replacement options that do not match the original pair my husband specifically purchased for me — both for the unique color and because he also purchased the warranty for peace of mind. To make matters worse, your warranty service does not provide an option to speak with a representative. I sent an email seeking clarification, received no response, and then, without any communication or resolution, I received an email today stating that my claim has been closed. I want to be very clear: I do not want black sunglasses — I already own black sunglasses. My original Meta Skylar sunglasses were chosen specifically for their color and style. My current pair will not pair with my phone, making them unusable. I should not be expected to pay $180 ($100 warranty + $80 additional) simply because your company chose to discontinue the product 45 days after it was purchased for me. This experience has been beyond frustrating and has left me feeling ignored as a customer. I am asking for immediate intervention to resolve this matter appropriately. I would like either: A replacement pair of Meta Skylar sunglasses in the original color purchased, or A comparable alternative without additional out-of-pocket expense to me, given the circumstances. I hope to receive a prompt response from your executive team so that this matter can be resolved quickly and fairly.

  The cashier ( I think her name was Vanessa) was very helpful. Helped me learn more about shades and was very helpful showing me additional styles and color ways that I could’ve ordered. I ended up getting a pair in store and I love them.
