- ABAdam BrockNov 11, 20251.0This is the second time I've shown up, sorted through the completely disorganized shelves of clearance jeans, found literally one pair in my size, only to go to pay and find out the ones I found are not clearance. This seems like a bait and switch tactic to prey on people that aren't paying attention. The clearance items need to be individually marked as clearance to avoid this issue. I like American Eagle but this is unacceptable.

I had been looking around the store for a while when I met Illiana. Illiana was working on the Aerie side. She was awesome helping find an outfit I was comfortable with. She did step away and had this other very nice girl continue to style me. I dont remeber the other girls name but they were both very helpful. I dont think I have ever received such great treatment at any other store ever. I truly felt like it was a valued experience. It is very nice to get great customer service. They were awesome!!

- LRLia RenteriaJun 14, 20251.0This store is one of the worst experiences i have ever interacted with never again i don’t recommend anyone to ever go to the american eagle in grand pairie outlets .the workers were being racist towards me and my daughter as i took my toddler whos only 1 year old as she was dancing having fun touched a shirt put it back some of the girls that work their were gossiping about my daughter i heard them say theres a little girl this and that and kept their eyes on us the whole time they left me uncomfortable and not wanting to even shop their as we were almost leaving the one of the “employees “/ blond girl said she should not be here its dangerous after that i decided to just leave how rude and disrespectful . Really a 1 year old .Honestly what an embarrassment .

I was helped by a very nice and professional young lady named Mykayla. I am not sure if I am spelling her name correctly but she was awesome helping find an outfit I was comfortable with. It is very nice to get great customer service. She was awesome!!
