Today I went into purchase more jeans and took some to the aerie side and the girl working was complaining to her coworker that she had to put back jeans to the american eagle side. Its never that deep because that's literally her job.... Weird behavior! so glad I dont hate my life like she does ! :)
- ABAdam BrockNov 11, 20251.0This is the second time I've shown up, sorted through the completely disorganized shelves of clearance jeans, found literally one pair in my size, only to go to pay and find out the ones I found are not clearance. This seems like a bait and switch tactic to prey on people that aren't paying attention. The clearance items need to be individually marked as clearance to avoid this issue. I like American Eagle but this is unacceptable.

I had been looking around the store for a while when I met Illiana. Illiana was working on the Aerie side. She was awesome helping find an outfit I was comfortable with. She did step away and had this other very nice girl continue to style me. I dont remeber the other girls name but they were both very helpful. I dont think I have ever received such great treatment at any other store ever. I truly felt like it was a valued experience. It is very nice to get great customer service. They were awesome!!
