The staff is incredibly friendly and man did they get right to work on it. Numerous people came and went to have maintenance and repair work done and you could tell they were all regular customers. Everyone was happy to be there and what I had been dreading turned into a rather pleasant morning surrounded by honest, hard working, friendly people. Mohammed was fun to hang out with between customers and I’ll likely be making that drive now for my truck maintenance as well. 5 stars all around!

How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
What can breathalyzers detect?
Breathalyzers only measure your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC).
Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
Ignition Interlock and handheld breathalyzers both test your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), but an Ignition Interlock Device is only installed in vehicles and prevents the car from starting if there is alcohol detected. A handheld breathalyzer only detects alcohol and may tell you the concentration.
Can I unplug my Ignition Interlock?

Can someone else drive my car?
