Scheduling was a mess, communication was unclear, and getting straightforward answers felt like pulling teeth. Appointments ran late, and no one seemed organized or concerned about customers’ time. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive when issues came up, and instead of explaining things clearly, they rushed through the process like you were an inconvenience. For a service that’s already stressful and expensive, Fuse 512 just made it worse. If you’re required to deal with an IID shop, do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually values professionalism, transparency, and basic customer service. I would not recommend Fuse 512 to anyone.

How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.

Breathalyzers only measure your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC).
Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
Ignition Interlock and handheld breathalyzers both test your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), but an Ignition Interlock Device is only installed in vehicles and prevents the car from starting if there is alcohol detected. A handheld breathalyzer only detects alcohol and may tell you the concentration.

Can someone else drive my car?
