First example, a good selection of manga, personal development (think John Maxwell, Brian Tracy), math books, etc. Recently, our family lost a loved one, and my wife found herself in the grief section on one of the shelves. A store employee approached her gently and she had some recommendations and looked for other titles not found in the store. My wife appreciated her help. Definitely, five starts.
