    I had a good experience buying a product. However, I came a week later after calling to confirm they could help me with an accessory installation. Sadly, despite buying the main product and accessory in the store, once I arrived they said they could not help.

    Came in for a Christmas gift and the cashier named Dee was so sweet and gave wonderful customer service!! She was also fast and efficient! I will definitely be back to shop because of her. Thank you for your wonderful customer service Dee!

    Krista was an AMAZING help. we could not get someone to help us in the hunting department and she did! Even though she wasn’t in the hunting department she went all over the store to find help for us!!! Just an amazing person all around!!

    Not as much fun to shop here as it used to be. About half of the items in the shooting and archery department are either locked onto the display or in locked plastic cases. If you want to look at something, you will need to wait until one the associates can get free to help you. I guess you can’t blame them, but if theft is that big of an issue, hire more loss prevention personnel. Don’t make the paying customer leave without buying because they had to wait for an extended period of time. I guess it’s just the day we live in now.

    Very bad experience. Let me just say that initially we were going to do an individual appointment with the Santa's Workshop and pay for a package. We had scheduled a date on Saturday 12/6 for a photo shoot with Santa and my 1 year old daughter (1st xmas). Later we cancelled as my sister and husband were going to the same Santa today 12/5. They were going to pay for package for their kids and had scheduled 3 15 minute sessions for her kids and wanted us to take one of them. So we cancelled the Saturday appointment and came with them today. We were promised 3 separate appointments as there were 3 different family's 15mins each. When we got there they put us all together and did 3 really quick photos all of the same. We were wanting all of us to be individual but no they decided to crunch out sessions into 1. Then we were told that the one photo we got was it and if we wanted to do more then we would need to schedule another time as this was the free photo they gave us. I wasn't even wanting to do the free photo I wanted to pay for a package but this lady behind the camera was more concerned about getting family's in and out regardless on if 15 mins were up. Second the Santa was not a good Santa. Refusing to hold children or in our case a 1 yr old. "I don't do babies" was the term used. At the end of the day we got one crappy photo that I am going to have to work to edit to remove each family's children and replace them with theirs. Terrible I have to doctor a photo for my baby's first Xmas photo. All this talk about the pass pro Santa being amazing. Yeah right...
