My wife and I have been going to this Primos on Tuesdays for over 2 years. Tonight, work and traffic delayed me. I sat at the bar and she said if I wanted food I should order. I immediately ordered food for five. Well over $100. The bar tender apologetically let me know the kitchen was closed. We have religiously spent $120 to $200 at this establishment every Tuesday for 3 years. I explained and appealed to the manager but it didn’t matter. This establishment is not flourishing as it did in the early 2000’s. They cannot afford to intentionally run off good loyal customers. We routinely tip 30 to 100%. The restaurant closes at 10 and I ordered before 9. The restaurant is not flourishing but we like the view and a few of our regular servers. My wife may change my mind but a restaurant that doesn’t recognize loyalty does not deserve my business. Shame on you Primo’s Bass Pro. Shame on you!

I just want to share how incredibly grateful we are for the amazing team at the Bass Pro Santa’s Workshop. Destiny welcomed us with such warmth and sweetness. Brianna was super helpful throughout our visit, and Sheya was so kind and patient with our family.
Eric and Enrique did a fantastic job as photographers, professional, friendly, and so great with our kids. And Santa… he was absolutely exceptional. We were the last customers of the night and running a little behind, but everyone still honored our time slot with kindness. Santa took extra time with our family and made the experience truly unforgettable.
My father-in-law is currently battling stage 4 cancer and needed to use the electric wheelchair cart, and the entire team showed such patience and compassion. It meant more to us than they know.
Thank you all for making this experience so special during a difficult season for our family. We are deeply appreciative. 🎄❤️

Had a great experience at this location! Krista who was working the day we went was an amazing help and made my daughters day! She was looking for a specific dog stuffy and couldn’t find it so Krista went in the back and opened boxes and found it for her and even walked around the store to find us! Great customer service! Krista definitely deserves a raise or something special!!

I had the pleasure of visiting Bass Pro in Garland, TX recently, and I was blown away by the incredible service at the gun counter. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, making sure I got exactly what I needed for my shooting needs. They took the time to answer all my questions, whether I was asking about ammunition, firearms, or safety tips.
What really stood out was the expert advice I received when I was looking for the perfect shells for dove and quail hunting. The team recommended the Herter's Dove & Quail Shotgun Shells and I couldn't be happier with the performance! They really know their stuff when it comes to hunting gear, and I felt confident in every purchase I made.
The gun service here truly goes above and beyond, making every visit a smooth and enjoyable experience. Whether you're a seasoned shooter or a first-timer, the team at Bass Pro in Garland is there to make sure you leave with the best products and advice for your needs. Highly recommend!

All the problems you would expect from a big box store. Some good employees, many useless ones. Online firearm pickup was a major fail. Nothing worked with their online scheduling as they said it would. Phone employees direct you to store. store employees direct you to website or anywhere else they can to avoid having to do any work. Finally got through it but I'm convinced that without my effort and experience managing employees that I would've never gotten notice to come pick up. Ammo is overpriced. Also, I actually resent letting someone hard sell timeshare packages right in the front of the store who will lie to your face and say there's no catch that its just a "good deal" to promote their resorts. I guess that's the new American way. I'll probably stick to online and mom and pops as usuall. I was enticed to do business there because of an item that was a Bass Pro exclusive. I guess that's an advantage to being a soulless multi billion dollar bohemeth. But as a small business man it kinda baffles me that they want to spend all this money getting customers in the door but then don't know what to do with them or how to retain them? It's like a vicious spiral downward. Like I said, the new American way.
