  I've been to this location a couple of times and it is pretty cool. The layout in the middle with the animals, waterfall, fish, and view of the lake is amazing. But this time -- maybe because it was the day before Easter -- it wasn't. The ladies bathroom sinks were more than half way filled with water. We weren't there to take pics with Easter Bunny; but families lined up, kept us from looking at the fish. That was the whole reason I took my grandson there!!! Luckily, he's very curious and we just walked around looking at other things. Maybe do the photos somewhere else or make the line go somewhere else. I might consider going again, because at least the door greeters were friendly. Honestly they were the only ones friendly.

  Emily in the sunglasses department was excellent at helping me when my sunglasses order couldn't be filled due to product inventory issues and my strong Rx not working well with certain frames. I originally ordered some high dollar Oakleys and the guy that helped me completely dropped the ball. I came in hot- I was beyond frustrated because he had failed so miserably with my order and then failed to contact me that my order couldn't be filled. I was literally coming in to hopefully pick up my sunglasses thinking they forgot to call me when I found out the order never even got started. I was furious. Emily took it all in stride, helped me and although I didn't walk out with what I wanted, she definitely did everything in her power to get me an alternative that I could be somewhat happy with. I gave this review based on her and not the guy helping me- he was incompetent. Bass Pro, you need to hire more help like Emily! Not sure I'll ever order sunglasses from y'all bc that was just horrible incompetence but if I do, then it'll be because of the customer service Emily gave me. Missy in the clubhouse that helped me also did an excellent job. I was already calmed down but I wanted to give her a shout out because she was helpful and kind and was very informative.

  UPDATE: A representative of Bass Pro responded to my review. I provided all necessary info to track my rebate. The rebate check was issued the following day and I received it today. I have changed from a One Star to a Five Star review. Bass Pro customer service is GREAT! Thank you. I purchased some Herter's ammunition from Bass Pro in November, 2025. A rebate was being offered on the ammo. I filled out the rebate form, provided my original receipt and the proof of purchase bar codes from each box of ammo. A company called Repco Solutions was handling the rebates for Bass Pro/Herters. The rebate should have taken 6 - 8 weeks (according to their own form). Eight weeks would have been January 14, 2026. I sent in all of my info using USPS registered mail and know that the package was delivered within the timeframe specified. After 8 weeks, I called Repco and was told that they were "backlogged due to the huge response to the ammo rebate." It is now March 21, 2026 and I have not received my rebate. It is UNACCEPTABLE for Bass Pro to contract with a company that does not deliver on promised rebates. Bass Pro should get involved and insist that Repco Solutions send out rebates to those of us who purchased ammo and in good faith sent in the required documentation for the rebate.

  Big thanks to Jason for helping me with my first firearm purchase. He really knows his stuff and broke down the differences between different Glock models in a way that was easy to understand. He helped me choose the best option for concealed carry without any pressure. I walked out feeling confident in my decision. G43x
