I arrived close to closing time, and instead of rushing me, he kindly and patiently helped me check out with a warm smile. He even graciously offered to assist me with opening a Belk credit card on my next visit. What truly amazed me is that the very next morning, when I returned, Andrew was standing at the entrance welcoming customers with genuine kindness as the store opened. His consistency, dedication, and uplifting spirit are simply astounding—this level of service is something you rarely find anywhere in the U.S. During my visit, I was also assisted by Keh, a truly lovely associate who made my shopping experience unforgettable. She helped me find the perfect sizes, guided me through opening a Belk credit card, and ensured I received the best deals—especially in the intimate section. She took the time to explain products and coupons in detail, making sure I felt confident and cared for every step of the way. Every associate I encountered was incredibly kind and welcoming, but Andrew and Keh truly stood out. Keh even gave me a warm hug farewell, which meant so much to me. The level of genuine care, friendliness, and professionalism I experienced at this store was far beyond excellent. I found everything I needed and more, and I left feeling truly grateful and uplifted.
