My prescription frames had broken and I took them to this store to see what my options were. The store swapped the frames out, kept the same lenses, and sent me on my way. Great customer service and I will be back for my next purchase.

I wanted to make sure I had the best gear for the mountain course but he didn't take notice of me and just ignored me. After spending nearly 3,000.00 dollars for the month of December. I think a vacation to one of the best resorts in Europe was a good idea but this salesman dropped the ball on a good impression. Perhaps it was the first customer he really related to but you should acknowledge every customer just enough to let them know that you care. So this doesn't get much of a good response! Oakley is a great product but associates sometimes don't realize that every customer has value. A good impression goes a long way. I left the store because I wasn't even noticed and he didn't even say goodbye or thanks for coming! Terrible customer service among the greatest products.
