During checkout, they asked if I had a membership. I said I didn’t, but that I was willing to sign up. The employee blatantly ignored my response. It wasn’t until my wife asked how to get the 15% discount that they reluctantly admitted it was a benefit for members. This kind of behavior is deceptive and completely unacceptable. It’s clear they were hoping we’d pay full price without realizing there was a discount available. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when shopping here.
