- ABAbe BalloutDec 20, 20251.0I am extremely disappointed with the galleria sunglass hut. I ordered my ray ban meta glasses a very very long time ago hoping i would get it before my family trip on christmas. I called 3 times for a status update and everytime I got a response of we still didn't get it. I understand there is a wait list and im on it and they only get so many at a time but yesterday I called and the manager said oh yea it got here on the 10th and we called you and it says u were unreachable. I said what does that mean she said that we couldn't get a hold of u. I said I dont see a call from you nor do I have a voicemail from you. Thats when things got worst. She said we'll I have a note here that you were unreachable which means it didn't allow me to leave a voicemail. Wait what???? I said but there is nothing wrong with my voicemail and I do have other voicemails from that day. So im like ok did you try to call again. She literally said I dont have time to call again I waited 24 hrs and I had to sell it to someone else so the store can get the bonus. Wow. So now I have to wait again for another 2 weeks or god knows when. Let me tell you what happened. She never called me she just wrote a note that I was unreachable and probably sold it to her friend or someone she knows. I KNOW PEOPLE ARE DOING THAT AT ALL SUNGLASS HUTS. I will be contacting the corporate office as well.
