The security guard, Jackson, kicked me and my friends out because some kid was throwing stuff at the wall, and we got accused of it. They would not tell us the reasons of why we were being apprehended. To add on to that, the supervisor was also very unpleasant and rude to us. I don’t recommend you go to this mall unless you like being disrespected and profiled.

Unfortunately, my most recent experiences have changed that for me. Over time, I’ve noticed a significant decline in the overall sense of safety and comfort while shopping. Large groups frequently walk up and down the hallways, loitering rather than shopping, and their behavior feels disruptive and concerning. As a shopper, this has made it difficult to relax or enjoy what used to be a pleasant experience. Additionally, the women’s restrooms near the carousel area have been particularly problematic. Cleanliness and upkeep appear nonexistent
