Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

Recently, I went to the Lululemon store in Frisco to look at the Black Friday sale items. It was right after school, so I was dressed casually in a hoodie, sweatpants, and running shoes. While shopping, I tried on a pair of shorts from the sale section. The first pair I picked was the wrong size, so I put it back and asked if I could try another size. When I did that, the employee I spoke to seemed annoyed with me. Her attitude felt unfriendly, and it made the whole experience uncomfortable. A couple of the other employees in the store also didn’t seem very welcoming. I wasn’t doing anything wrong, I was just trying to find the right size like any customer would. But the overall customer service at that location didn’t feel good, and it left me disappointed.
