I waited for 10 minutes, until the floor manager arrived and told him to help me. the cashier then took the item that i was going purchase and threw them on another counter and asked could he help. This is why this store/company is struggling so. poor customer service. Will never shop at JCP ever again and will tell any and everyone how bad the service is... NO stars.....
