They didn’t even acknowledge me in the store. Avoided eye contact with me and refused to greet me. I used to work for a J Crew so I am well aware of the requirements regarding customer service. TERRIBLE

I was not greeted nor offered help when attempting to shop. Not one of three sales associate spoke to me but instantly greeted and offered assistance to the white couple that walked in shortly after me.
