  Store was extremely warm inside, heat blasting on a 55 degree day making it miserably hot. Staff is rude and not helpful. The just stare at you why you shop and whisper among themselves. Return policy is ridiculous. Even with a receipt and original form of payment they wouldnt let us do a return because we didnt have an arie account.

  This location was well kept and organized. Styles were hung in ascending sizes. Changing rooms with customer service were available with no wait.

  Loved this store! As soon as I rolled in 👩🏾‍🦽 with my daughter 🚶🏾‍♀️we got big smiles and a warm welcome. Normally I don't look around clothing stores because they aren't wheelchair friendly but Aerie was extremely wheelchair friendly and there was not a single place in their pristine store that I could not go! Way to go Aerie! The prices are far above what I'm willing to pay but it was fun to "window shop". My daught caught a good sale and bought an outfit. They have a fun wall to take pictures at and the ladies were more than happy to take a family picture for us. Overall great experience. Stop by and enjoy the "Aerie Experience" for yourself.

  Feel like I am being judged by the employees, they just look at you. It makes me really uncomfortable, they are talking amongst themselves, don’t ask if you need anything at all. Just look at you
