  This location was well kept and organized. Styles were hung in ascending sizes. Changing rooms with customer service were available with no wait.

  I went to buy some cross over leggings and they charged me wrong, these leggings were on sale in store and online 40% off while i got 25% off. The associates are all clueless like I asked if something was on sale and her response was “I have no idea” as a person that works in retail the service was terrible especially that response. Mistakes happen and I understand there’s policies however it’s not my fault or my responsibility that the associates aren’t aware of the sales literally all over the store. I didn’t want to argue further but it’s ridiculous that i had to go to the trouble to go back to correct their mistake and not get back cash even though it was debit like I said I didn’t want to argue further as I am mindful that it’s not the associates fault but the management lack of training. This could’ve easily been prevented if management insure the employees were properly prepared you know this mistake cost me my time and if I didn’t check that mistake could cost me more money than necessary. That’s three extra days that i have to wait because of the inconvenience they have caused. I love their products however if you go in store I suggest that you check your receipt or just shopping online and don’t waste your time and the inconvenience.

  Loved this store! As soon as I rolled in 👩🏾‍🦽 with my daughter 🚶🏾‍♀️we got big smiles and a warm welcome. Normally I don't look around clothing stores because they aren't wheelchair friendly but Aerie was extremely wheelchair friendly and there was not a single place in their pristine store that I could not go! Way to go Aerie! The prices are far above what I'm willing to pay but it was fun to "window shop". My daught caught a good sale and bought an outfit. They have a fun wall to take pictures at and the ladies were more than happy to take a family picture for us. Overall great experience. Stop by and enjoy the "Aerie Experience" for yourself.
