I went to item that was in the store just to be greeted by a guy name James, telling me it's the same product same price but different sku# they never had any product in store stock with that sku# if I wanted the product in store I would have to purchase from store with a attitude. I told him why would I pay for something twice $449 online and $449 in-store when you have it ready on the floor. He became very unprofessional and classism towards me words got exchanged. Instead of him being a manager or what ever his job title is he could have handled it differently by checking another store, checking why the sku# different even though it's the same product and price, checking to see if they can get the product with different sku# delivered to my house or at least get refunded back so I can purchase from store. None of that was presented to me at store #323 Frisco from (James). I didn't want to make this post but if this happened to me I can only imagine what's happening to people that's not posting about (James) at store #323
