- SFsuheys flores2 days ago1.0Warning do not buy from this company not just the store the company sunglass hut itself. I have been trying to return some sunglasses I purchased and it has been a nightmare. This is the third store. I go to the girl at the cash register said she couldn’t accept my return because it’s new store policy that you have to return into the original store. I looked up the policy online and nowhere online at State that it said he can return it to any sunglass store. The first sunglass hut store that I tried to return them at told me they could only give me store credit because they didn’t have enough money in their register which I found it crazy that you don’t have at least $2000 or at least $1000 in the register The second store I tried to return them, said they couldn’t accept my return because the glasses had the price tag on them and that every sale they made they remove the price tag so because of that reason they couldn’t accept my return, which is a load of crap This is the third review I make at this store and it keeps getting deleted. I will badmouth the store. Every chance that I get this has been a nightmare purchase again please don’t purchase from the store unless you intend to keep the product they do not honor their return policy.
