It was absolutely ridiculous considering there were multiple workers there and no other register open while a line of 5 people backed up behind me. It seemed like they were training but it was clearly not the right time considering it was extremely busy and a 30 minute check out line is unacceptable. The manager at this time acknowledged how slow it was being and then did absolutely nothing about it. This has put me off ever coming to this windsor again. I hope this doesn’t ever happen to another shopper here as it was ridiculous.
