Over a week later and she called out to us as we entered the store again telling us they were still in stock. She's great and she made the sale happen.

I had a horrible experience at another sunglass hut inside the mall (thats another story), at that other store my experience was so bad I told my wife I would never go back to a sunglass hut again, wife mentioned going to this particular store to try and fix our issue, and the most professional, nicest young lady named Stephanie assisted us, took care of our issue and was so helpful that she singled handidly saved sunglass hut from losing a life long customer. So whoever corporately reads and responds to these, needs to send this employee lunch and a huge thank you for being such a professional for your company.
