- ADAtif D.Aug 3, 20251.0I bought my glasses at tanger outlet location. I went to return my glasses at the baybrrok mall. Baybrook mall has like 3 locations. But this review is for the one that is by lululemon. I went there to return as the other locations could not return the glasses as they dont sell vouge there. So i went to the location by lululemon suppesedly they are the one that can return as their manager confirmed (over the phone) from location inside the mall. When i arrived the guy was already like this a big return if it was like $100 he can return it. But he explained that it would go against his metrics. So i ahd to return to the original store i purchased from. As a customer is hould be return at any sunglass hut as it states on their reciept as being an easy return within 30 days. The guy that turned down my return as seem to be part of the problem as they have other reviews when it come to returns with that particular location. Please hire the right people ot change your metrics where they dont have turn customers away for returns.
