  Buyer Beware! They will not accept returns unless the box is sealed. I recently attempted to return a pair of Meta Glasses that were gifted to me. I wore the glasses 1 time and carefully placed them back in the case - I didn't even wipe the lenses to make sure I did not damage in any way. When I asked for a return in the store, the employee took the glasses and quickly wiped the lenses using a used micro fiber cloth that was sitting on their counter. He then advised me that the return couldnt happen due to minor scratches. I didnt believe that the glasses had scratches since I knew I did not touch the lenses. After closer inspection, I saw that the glasses did have the small scratches. I am convinced that the scratches came from the used micro fiber cloth that was used in the store. I asked them why they didnt use the box of disposable wipes along with proper lenses cleaner solution that was right next to the register.. They didnt really have a good answer.. I dont really want to speculate why the used cloth touched my glasses instead of the fresh disposable lense wipes. Either way, Im stuck with glasses that were scratched in the store by a store employee. After reading some reviews I now realize that a return here is only possible if the glasses are still in the sealed box. I wish they would just tell you upfront that they dont accept returns after opening - it would be the honest move for them. I did everything in my power to ensure scratches would not be a problem and still was stuck with keeping them. I managed to snag some pictures of the cloth they used.. It was the same cloth they use to wipe down the hundreds of floor model glasses.

  Buy your oakleys at Best Buy or order direct from Oakley.com! They will accept returns/exchanges. Do not purchase from this store! I bought the AI sunglasses as a gift and was told they were returnable as long as there were no scratches or damage. We handled them extremely carefully, and there were absolutely no visible scratches when we returned them. The person I bought them for didn’t want AI glasses, why I made sure they were returnable, AI glasses are not something everyone likes. The store representative wiped the lenses during inspection. If a scratch exists at all, that would have been the only possible moment it occurred—and even then, it’s so small it’s barely visible. This was truly horrible customer service. If these glasses are this fragile or the store does not want to honor returns, they should clearly state the item is final sale. Blaming the customer for damage that wasn’t there is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

  Poor products and customer service. Do not buy from here! Tried to return a pair of glasses that were gifted to me. The glasses were worn once - no damage or scratches when I attempted the return. When I arrived at the store for the return the employee wiped the glasses with a used (dirty cloth). He then let me know that he couldn't return them due to scratches. Keep in mind that I never attempted to wipe the lenses myself - knowing that I may scratch them in the process. They don't know how to care for their product. He shoulda used proper lens cleaning process. I'm now stuck with a pair of glasses that don't fit, too large, and now are scratched from the same employees that sell it.
