  Last night, I visited the new Gorjana location in Baybrook Mall and had an exceptional experience as a walk-in customer in a jewelry store. The moment I stepped inside, I was enveloped by a crisp, clean, warm, and inviting atmosphere. A friendly stylist, Miss A (I told you I’m terrible at names 🥲) greeted me and introduced herself as if we were old friends. She shared information about the brand and its history, and she was incredibly helpful, guiding me to the right products and assisting me throughout my shopping experience. As a first-time Gorjana customer, I had heard about the brand through a friend who works at another location. However, the exceptional service I received at this store made me a loyal customer. Another lovely lady, Miss J, went above and beyond offering me water, room temperature or cold, which I found incredibly special. After taking a sip of my chilled glass bottle of Evian, I informed my stylist that I was looking for a replacement for my old, cheap paperclip chain. We quickly found the Parker chain, which comes in various lengths and features a beautiful clasp. I opted for the 18k plated version to see how well it would hold up as a starter piece. My stylist recommended a few charms for the chain, and we discussed setting up a stack with some of the delicate necklaces and other jewelry during future visits. She even created a wishlist for me, which I will share with friends and family who are interested in future gifts. Miss A finalized my selection after letting me try on the necklace. She packaged it up quickly and beautifully, going over care instructions and leaving a card in there for me. I was checked out without any hassle using the tap-to-pay system and left excited to show my husband what I had purchased. Overall, I want to express my gratitude for the fantastic experience I had at this Gorjana location. The staff here is professional, kind, friendly, and non-discriminatory. Everyone feels beautiful and special the moment they are greeted, and they leave feeling like they have been treated like a best friend. The products, displays, and the hard work that goes into creating this environment and experience are truly commendable. I am delighted to see this brand expand its reach to this part of Houston. And, of course, my necklace is incredibly cute! Thank you so much for making it. 😊
