- CBChrishele BakerDec 18, 20251.0I have been to this store exactly twice and left frustrated and annoyed both times. I went to pick up an online order and they couldn't find my order, couldn't price match it so I could just buy the item in the store, and told me my order was canceled when it is still showing ready for pick up. I did an online chat and have now spoke to two customer service reps on the phone and no one can seem to actually cancel the order. The store is also in shambles. The floor tiles are all cracked and falling apart. The employee grunted at me to greet me. Get these employees some training, please! Where is the manager!?!

My sister and I went in to try on some clothes, we went to the counter to do a price check and an older hispanic lady that worked there helped us after no one else went up to the counter. Once we were getting ready to leave, the automatic store gate was closed 75% and no one looked like they knew how to open the door or didn’t wanna let us out. The they/them employee with long hair and glasses, took a dramatic approach to open the door for us. Then felt the need to sit down on the ground first before opening the door. We kindly asked them to let us out, they/them made a sarcastic remark stating that we could “stay and help us clean”. Honestly, it was unprofessional and seemed very childish especially for a middle aged person.
