- STSydney ThomasOct 14, 20255.0madison was so wonderful!! i was super indecisive and she was extremely patient. she brought me the three pairs i wanted, she unboxed and unlaced each pair for me to try on. when i still couldn’t decide she gave me an honest and detailed description about them, the benefits and the style they match with more. she recommended an extra pair of laces so i could get the best of both of shoes!! genuinely so sweet, not forced, and she absolutely made my birthday :)
