She implied that I was being dishonest and repeatedly talked over me whenever I attempted to explain. Instead of handling a routine return professionally, the situation was made unnecessarily uncomfortable and confrontational. No customer should feel accused, disrespected, or belittled while completing a basic transaction. I’ll stick to the Galleria.
