- EWE. W.Jan 1, 20264.0My son and I went there a number of years when I was seeing him in Houston area. The mall is nice, but the gazebo area can be pell mell on Friday and Saturdays. Be very careful in that area. Why I am bringing this up? I am mentioning it, because many of the latino/hispanic families there are quite prejudiced against other ethnicities. A latino family tried to start a fight with me and my son, and it almost got very bad quick. The fact, that my son is half Hispaniic (his mother was Peruvian), did not help as he is white skinned. Please be careful of the latino thugs there. I have had to work very hard to forgive and forget that latino family that evening.

Everything you need in a very walkable space with family friendly play areas and eateries everywhere. Clean, safe, and convenient. Even if you dislike malls as I do, this one is quite bearable :) I must say, I dislike the new paid parking by the resteraunt though.
- MMMatthew MamoDec 16, 20251.0Baybrook mall is now charging for preferred parking and moved all their handicap parking in that area to the other end of the parking lot. I had a reservation at a local restaurant at the mall but ended up canceling after I tried parking and decided I wasn't willing to pay for parking. Unfortunately the restaurant apologized profusely and stated that it was mall management that made the chamges and didn't consult the tenants. Until such time as mall management changes their parking policy I will not be shopping at the mall again. I just refuse to pay for parking when other retailers don't charge parking and shopping online is much cheaper and convenient why would i just want to throw my money away? How can someone open a brick and mortar location and expect to do business with no free parking available. Are they expecting people to walk? But hey, mall management is trying to soften the blow for this money grab by giving 10% of the revenues to a non profit. Can I spend your money now?
