  I came in this store today and was greeted by a young lady with my daughter. We were immediately racially profiled before I could even shop. We turned right back around and we are faithful customers at other Aerie locations. However, this location doesn’t seem accepting of BLACKS. Asking if I was looking for clearance when I asked for jeans section. She proceeded to say they don’t sell jeans.I did not appreciate the immediate assumption of me looking for clearance. Save your dollars and go to Pacsun, Hollister, Cotton and H&M all were great in the mall today. Stay away or train your employees not assume when they see a black person to be on loss prevention alert and steering them to sale only items.

  Customer service is horrendous! I’ve been to this store 3 times now since April. I’ve always been attended by the same 2 employees, their attitude is despicable to say the least. They mean mock, roll their eyes, make ugly faces while a customer asked a question and handed me some jeans I was picking up with rude manners. Definitely don’t wanna go back

  Aerie isn't just a "lingerie store". It's rather empowering, and not in the overbearing sense. They have items that say "epic babe", "ok ladies", etc. It's rather nice, and while products are a bit overpriced for their general components, they're almost always on sale. Which is nice. Their staff are nice and helpful, and give stickers sometimes. Very amazing store.

  Small little boutique like interior so the variety in clothing is scarce. Their selection is like a slice out of the preppy section from forever 21, but upped on the price point. They have a 'trendy' stock. You might be tempted for an impulse buy of that cute crop top, but walk a few yards to any other women's clothing brand in the mall and you'll find the same piece with a lot better fit and quality. Customer service was not on point at all from the one girl that was working the day I was shopping. Got rudely booted from a dressing room in favor of another customer because the room was saved for them (sure) but unmarked of any sign and unoccupied for such a lengthy time that another girl was trying out things before I went in it. No apology just a get out and an attitude. The customer that was going in was nice about it and seemed embarrassed by the rudeness of the staff. With so many other stores to choose from, I won't be coming back here.
