- MYMark A. YoungDec 23, 20241.0I bought a pair of ray ban glasses here and paid extra for the warranty. I was told specifically that I could have them replaced within 13 months by bringing them back and paying $60. Today was a wasted trip back to the store as we were told we have to email the plan administrator with pictures of the glasses so we can get some stupid code to go back and get them replaced which would take a couple days. Why not be upfront about this to your customers?
