If you visit this location, I highly recommend requesting him, as your experience will be outstanding. I entered seeking parts for a pair of glasses I purchased four years ago, and he immediately understood my needs, providing the parts to me in under a week. Overall, I was very appreciative of Daniel and the manner in which he managed my business.

He was unexpectedly rude and abruptly left me mid-conversation, walking to the back of the store. His behavior left me feeling embarrassed and disrespected. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy. Due to this incident, I'll never buy anything from this store again. If he wants to be rude, he should be rude in his house, not to people he doesn't know, and not at work.
