  Armando and his staff are some of the kindest and friendly people you will ever meet! I went there after a terrible experience at the NorthPark location, I drove straight to Fort Worth and got some of the best service ive ever had. They were so knowledgable and thorough in the explanations and made this experience so pleasent. I was able to preorder the luggage i was wanting in the beautiful ballerina pink and am so happy i was able to make this purchase from such an amazing team!

  I was recently searching for a specific Rimowa luggage piece that, to my disappointment, had been discontinued since it was a seasonal item. After calling several stores, I was repeatedly told they didn’t have it and was simply advised to “try other locations.” That was the extent of the assistance I received until I reached the Fort Worth store. That’s when I had the pleasure of speaking with Zane Holliday, who completely changed my experience. After confirming that his store didn’t have the piece in stock, he went above and beyond by checking other store inventories nationwide. Not only did he find two stores that had it, but he also personally called them and successfully located one last piece! Zane took the time to verify my details, arranged the shipment, and ensured everything went smoothly. His professionalism, initiative, and genuine desire to help exemplify what true luxury customer service should be. Unlike other locations that dismissed my request, Zane found a solution and made what could have been a disappointing search into a truly pleasant and memorable experience. Management should be proud to have someone with Zane’s exceptional work ethic and dedication on their team. Going forward, my family and I will be reaching out to him for all our future Rimowa purchases in the U.S. Thank you, Zane, for your outstanding service and for making someone’s coming Christmas truly special!

  Absolutely terrible experience this time around. My last visit to Rimowa in Dallas was great—they took the time to walk me through every step, from setting up the lock code to registering the case. This time in Fort Worth with Armando It felt like we didn’t matter at all. We spent over $1,400, and all we got was a quick offer of water AFTER we paid, then were basically shoved out the door. No guidance, no instructions, no help with the lock setup—nothing. And this wasn’t just any purchase—it was a Mother’s Day gift for my wife. Completely ruined the experience. I can’t believe how different this was. We won’t ever be returning to the Fort Worth location. Shame on you for making us feel like we were just another sale and not actual customers.
