- HRHayden RayMar 3, 20262.0I went up here to get something laminated, as I walked to the lamination station I was unfamiliar with the type of laminate machine do I rang the bell which said “ring bell for assistance”. As I waited and waited I rang the bell a couple more times. Upon waiting for awhile I walked up to the counter and told the cashier that I needed assistance at the laminate station. She told me that another lady will be with me after she helped another gentlemen. I waited for about 10 more minutes before I rang the bell again, waited longer and rang the bell again. Finally after being at the store for 45 minutes waiting, I called the store phone for some help. Finally a lady came and helped me. But she was RUDE. She said this an attitude like I was bothering her from doing other things. “You know it’s self service, you don’t know how to work it.” Will probably drive to another location
