  Horrible experience was rushed and started early. We told them we needed to wait on a person started early then said our session was over even though it was before the session time even begin because they started early would not recommend this photo experience to anybody. Yes it might be cheaper but just get them done by somebody professionally not somebody that’s a computer class in high school

  Absolutely terrible experience at JCPenney. I went in to return an item I had just purchased and was given nothing but a runaround. Alexandra at the register made the process way more difficult than it needed to be, and when her supervisor Raquel got involved, it didn’t get any better. Instead of helping, they just kept pushing back and made it feel like they didn’t want to deal with it at all. For a basic return, this was way more hassle than it should have been. Customer service like this is exactly why people stop shopping here.

  Dear Stephie, JC Penney’s Salon Manager I am writing to share my wonderful experience with Ms. Meshelle, your hair stylist at the JCPenney Alliance Center in Fort Worth. Prior to my first appointment, I was told she was excellent and that I would really like her work. I am happy to report that I was not only satisfied, but truly impressed! She delivered exactly the style I wanted and provided thoughtful recommendations, including photos of new styles tailored to my preferences.   I can’t recommend MeShelle enough! She did an amazing job cutting, coloring, and styling my hair. From the moment I sat in her chair, she took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered great suggestions that really brought my vision to life. MeShelle is incredibly talented and pays attention to every detail. My cut is perfect, the color turned out beautiful, and the way she styled it made me feel absolutely amazing. You can truly tell she is passionate about what she does. Not only is she skilled, but she also creates such a welcoming and comfortable experience.
