  I had a great experience today. I wanted to make sure my order would arrive before we closed (school). The rep told me that the order did no pull up as a business and that they do these first. However, she apologized for the glitch and assured me my order would be delivered soon. Order came just in time and looked fantastic! That you! ❤️🍓🍰

  I ordered a gift for my best friend who had just experienced a miscarriage, upon delivery she received a Happy birthday balloon instead of an i love you one . In addition i added a bear and that was not even included . I called the store who stated they were out of the ballon and bear . I was not contacted and informed of this . I was told the manager would issue a refund so i will return with updates in 24 hours

  I ordered a valentines gift set and they told me it was ready. I didn't have it delivered and instead, chose to go pick it up. When I got there, they told me that they didn't have the bear that went with the gift set which I WANTED so I got stuck with something else. I ordered it ahead of time and they should have told me they were out. Not to mention, when I got home, I opened my box of chocolates and they were everywhere. The associate just threw them in there without even paying attention. I am very disappointed and I will not be going back.

  The manager Erika went above and beyond today after the order was stolen by someone else. will definitely reorder from here in the future
