  Coming right in the front door I get pressured into getting a membership card. No hi, how are you doing, or Can I help you find anything. You need to put these people that are pressuring people into getting cards into merchandising instead. Or how about some customer service? The store looks trashed and the customer service is horrible here. Not enough cashiers either.

  Don't get out to Bass Pro as often as I'd like but always fun to tour this huge store. Usually always find what I'm looking for and enjoy the aquariums even though the fish are incredibly obese. The only thing I'm NOT a fan of is the credit card table at the front! I already have a Cabela's card and have had it for years, and it may be a little thing, but I hate be asked and having to explain I don't need another credit card! I think the mailings I get ALL THE TIME are enough harassment guys. Just get rid of the table! It's annoying.

  Use to be awesome when it was Cabela's........it's evolved to overpriced retail that really disappoints the long time outdoorsman. I know things change, but they've priced out the entry level people and settled into gross margin money grab. Lots of stuff for kiddos to see, but oof to your wallet if they want a souvenir

  VERY AMAZING EXPERIENCE! THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME FOR MY WIFE AND I HAD NOT BEEN TO ONE SINCE MY ALMOST 18-YEAR-OLD SON WAS AN INFANT AND I FORGOT WHAT AN EXPERIENCE IT IS JUST TO GO THERE!!! WE ENDED UP HAVING TO GO TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE IT WAS THE ONLY STORE THAT HAD THE SPECIFIC COMBINATION OF EPOXY ADHESIVE AND PATCH TO FIX AN AIR MATTRESS OF OURS BUT WE ENDED UP STAYING THERE FOR WELL OVER AN HOUR WALKING THROUGH THE AQUARIUM ENJOYING THE MOUNTAIN OF ANIMALS I GUESS YOU WOULD CALL IT AND EVEN THOUGH I'M AN ANIMAL LOVER AND IT IS A BIT HARD SOMETIMES FOR ME TO SEE TAXIDERMY I JUST TELL MYSELF THOSE ANIMALS MUST HAVE DIED NATURAL DEATHS YOU KNOW? BUT TRULY THE AQUARIUM I MEAN I CANNOT EVEN BEGIN TO TELL YOU IT IS LITERALLY A LEVEL OF AN AQUARIUM THAT YOU WOULD NORMALLY HAVE TO PAY JUST TO GO TO!!!   I was very impressed with the service that I received at this Bass Pro location. I went into the gun library and was acknowledged, greeted, and immediately offered help. I wish I would’ve gotten the guy’s name because he did an excellent job at setting expectations. He let me know that even though they were fully staffed they were very busy, but if I had any questions or wanted to see anything to let them know and that they would get it right away. That’s all you can ask for. You should never fault a store for being busy. When he set that expectation, it really was a nice touch just to say, “Hey I see you. If you need anything I’m more than happy to help you.” I ended up wandering over to the gun counter and talking to Joe. He was awesome. Very patient with me. We talked shop. He let me see whatever it was that I wanted to see. He was the consummate professional. Even though I didn’t buy anything today, I never felt like I was a bother or that he was rushing or pressuring me. I had a great overall experience.
