  Let me tell ya, I was so happy with my experience here. See below. I was new to the area and had never been to the stockyards. I went today and was disappointed in many establishments. I walked in 5 or more stores and walked around for 20 minutes or so in each and no one approached me. No one said hello, welcome, how can I help you, nothing, so I left them each and didn't spend any money. Ariat was my last shop I visited and as soon as I walked in, someone welcomed me and within minutes, another woman named Darla approached me and asked if there was anything I needed help with. I mentioned my experience at the other places and how much I appreciated her helping me, and because of her effort and good nature, I was happy to spend some money there. Not only did she help me pick out some jeans, but she checked on me, and also, 2 other workers checked on me while I was in line for the dressing room, and were super nice and genuinely caring in nature. I was happy to make a purchase at Ariat and all the other stores in the stockyards need to take a lesson in excellent and sincere customer service from those that work in this store. I will be speaking of Darla in high praises to anyone who is willing to hear it, and even those who aren't. 😊

  We went today to buy boots and we got ignored by a saleswoman there. She was busy attending to a blonde lady and her son who was trying boots as well and end up didn’t buy anything. Is it because my husband looks Mexican and i am an Asian? We don’t know. We bought the boots alas but honestly worst experience ever in a store. Even Bottega store didn’t treat us based on our races. I told my husband that we should’ve gone to Lucchese or Leddy instead, triple the price but we got attended as proper buying client. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 it’s gonna be his first and last Ariat boots, will tell this experience to our Mexican friends once we got back as well.

  A nice selection of clothing for skinny people and there is nothing for little kids or adults who have a little extra weight. I so wanted to get a shirt for our 16 month old grandson, but they had nothing. Overall it was fun to just visit.

  Hard to find and parking is hard. Store hours for the FT Worth stock and Rodeo are clear.
