  I am absolutely shocked and disgusted by the treatment I received from Manager Sofia and her team. I found a shirt with a noticeable color defect and politely inquired about getting a discount. I was completely thrown off when, instead of offering a professional response, Sofia and the staff immediately started whispering and gossiping about me! They were actually suggesting that I might have been the one to damage the shirt, right in front of my face. The whole interaction was humiliating and utterly unprofessional. On top of that, the store itself is a mess clearly reflecting the disorganized and poor attitude of the staff. I will never set foot in this store again.
