- KKKateDec 22, 20251.0I had heard a lot of people talk about this place so when I heard they were putting on near where I live I was so excited. I went shopping there and left completely disappointed in my experience. There was this girl who had long blonde hair and was super scrawny I believe her name started with a k. I noticed her speaking to another girl and she was being so hateful and talking about how she hates the customers and things she’s done to previous coworkers. Just overall being hateful, I ignored her and continued shopping around but I just couldn’t get over what she’d been saying. As I was getting ready to checkout I saw her again and heard her speaking very vulgar words about people she I assume works with. It’s very childish and the employees have no real training. They need new management or something. I will NOT be returning.

However, the cashier completely turned the experience around. I didn’t catch her name, but she was the girl in the gray sweatshirt absolutely beautiful inside and out. she was patient, kind, and genuinely warm, and made me feel like I actually mattered as a customer. She handled everything smoothly, stayed calm despite the chaos around her, and had such a positive attitude that it honestly changed my whole mood.
