- TTTriJan 21, 20261.0Store is ok. Stopped by after my face laser hair removal appointment since they are right next door and was waiting for my uber to pick me up. I guess since I had no makeup on or maybe because I’m Hispanic, the girl working there decided I looked suspicious. She was following me around the whole time I was there. It was pathetic how obvious it was. Seriously. Pretending to look at glasses with your hands behind your back isn’t slick by the way. For the record we were both wearing lulu so I don’t know where this treatment came from. As someone that frequents Nordstrom this was disappointing

I went shopping there and left completely disappointed in my experience. There was this girl who had long blonde hair and was super scrawny I believe her name started with a k. I noticed her speaking to another girl and she was being so hateful and talking about how she hates the customers and things she’s done to previous coworkers. Just overall being hateful, I ignored her and continued shopping around but I just couldn’t get over what she’d been saying. As I was getting ready to checkout I saw her again and heard her speaking very vulgar words about people she I assume works with. It’s very childish and the employees have no real training. They need new management or something. I will NOT be returning.
- MKmaham kDec 20, 20255.0i don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to after my experience today. to be honest, the store itself felt a bit off some of the sales associates didn’t seem very attentive or helpful, which was disappointing. However, the cashier completely turned the experience around. I didn’t catch her name, but she was the girl in the gray sweatshirt absolutely beautiful inside and out. she was patient, kind, and genuinely warm, and made me feel like I actually mattered as a customer. She handled everything smoothly, stayed calm despite the chaos around her, and had such a positive attitude that it honestly changed my whole mood.
