A bag of Jelly Belly was $40. What a joke — and a slap in the face to the 2-3 customers that are actually in the store. I walked out empty handed as did others.

Once we checked in, the staff told us there would be a two hour wait because they were still working on 4:30 PM appointments. If they were that far behind, appointments should not have been scheduled so late in the evening. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to cancel. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially since we were really looking forward to these photos. I would not recommend booking unless you’re prepared for major delays.

It made choosing our final images more challenging than it needed to be and we definitely could have skipped the upsell portion of the process. The overbooking of appointments was time consuming and disappointing. However, the manager, Johnathan went above and beyond for every customer waiting. His professionalism, understanding and exceptional service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a pleasant one.
